Concluding that this evidence must pertain to the unsoundness of mind at the time and as it relates to the execution of the deed but that evidence that the insanity was continuing and permanent in character is admissible. Furthermore, an expert witness can not be asked based on evidence submitted but can make conclusions based on hypotheticals asked to him.
